Renée Livingston Elected President of California Defense Counsel

​Congratulations to Renée Welze Livingston, who recently became President of the California Defense Counsel (CDC), the political arm of the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada (ADC) and the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel. “Most civil defense attorneys in our state do not realize how much work CDC does with the Legislature, Judicial Council and Consumer Attorneys to make sure civil defendants have a level playing field in our courtrooms.”  

CDC, through the dedicated efforts of its Board and Legislative Advocate Mike Belote and the generous donations of its members, makes sure the voice of the California civil defense bar is heard in Sacramento.
