A Message from the Managing Shareholder

Welcome to our website. It is a by-product of many hours of hard work we - not professional marketers - have devoted to this project. In addition to showcasing our many legal accomplishments and practice area specialties, we wanted the website to capture the essence of who we are, from our firm culture to our combined professional experiences and individual personalities and passions. We are not structured like a traditional defense firm. We are a boutique trial firm of highly talented veteran lawyers, currently all University of San Francisco School of Law graduates (which is, in and of itself, quite extraordinary), each with her/his talents, interests, styles and perspectives. This diversity of background, thought and experience is what we value and what we believe benefits our clients.

We are thought leaders, community leaders, industry leaders, diversity champions and good global citizens. We are parents, coaches, board members, teachers, mentors and pro bono advisors, in addition to being exceptional lawyers. We are engaged in our communities, our legal profession and our clients' businesses and their causes. These things really matter to us, and it shows in what we promote and financially support, and how we volunteer our time.
