With over 30 years experience as an ABA-certified paralegal, Karen has handled litigation involving product liability, wrongful death, personal injury, toxic torts and commercial disputes. Karen understands all aspects of litigation and knows it is about client service and obtaining the best results possible. She has assisted with all aspects of pre-trial work and has extensive trial experience. Karen is also familiar with handling appellate matters. Karen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Aquatic Biology from University of California Santa Barbara and an ABA paralegal certification from University of California Los Angeles.
Janet has paralegal experience in multiple practice areas, including personal injury, product liability, catastrophic injury, wrongful death and premises liability in both state and federal court. Janet’s attention to detail, strong analytical skills and can-do attitude assist the Firm’s attorneys in reaching favorable case resolutions at the earliest opportunity. Janet holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Management from Golden Gate University. She earned her ABA paralegal certification from University of California San Diego and is a member of the UCSD Chapter of Lambda Epsilon Chi Honor Society.
Erin has nearly 20 years of litigation experience. She began as a file clerk for a local law firm but went on to receive her ABA paralegal certificate from Cal State East Bay, where she also earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, summa cum laude. Erin has significant trial experience as well as personal experience testifying before a jury, which has helped her better support clients and the trial team. She has excellent organizational abilities and has a keen attention to detail. Erin also possesses strong writing and analytical skills, which helps support our lawyers throughout all stages of litigation.
