David L. Jordan is an accomplished civil litigator whose practice primarily focuses on the resolution of business and commercial litigation matters, including officer, director and shareholder fiduciary liability, corporate and partnership dissolutions, general business torts, unfair business practices, misappropriation trade secrets, trade name and trademark infringement, licensing and breach of contract. Mr. Jordan also has extensive experience in the resolution of complex insurance coverage disputes.
Mr. Jordan graduated magna cum laude from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1996, and received his J.D. in 1999 from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he served as Senior Articles Editor for the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly and as a member of Hastings’ competitive moot court team that received the best brief award and placed second overall at the Wagner Labor Law Moot Court Competition. Mr. Jordan also served as a full-time judicial extern to the Hon. Maxine M. Chesney of the United States District Court, Northern District California in the Spring of 1999.
