Michael E. Gatto is a former prosecutor who has tried over 100 jury trials and 150 bench trials.  Has handled catastrophic injury cases for the last nine years in a variety of areas including medical malpractice, product liability, motor vehicle/trucking, premises liability and intentional torts.  Utilizes vast trial skills to obtain reasonable settlements and, when necessary, to effectively advocate client’s position at trial.  Has also handled business/commercial litigation and automobile dealer disputes.
